This vibrant yarn is made from 100% banana silk: fibre from the shoots or trunk of banana plants. Extruded into pulp and made suitable for spinning into yarn, it is then hand dyed with vibrant, brilliant saturated pigments, to produce this soft, shiny yarn. From GRINGO Fair Trade.

Care: Hand Wash in cold water, Do not bleach, Do not tumble dry, Iron on a low heat, Do not dry clean. Colour may run when wet do not wash with other items.
